* Shotblasting
Our Shotblasting service is one method of surface preparation. By using this method, paint, coatings, oil and other contaminants can be removed from a surface in a virtually dust-free manner. Shotblasting is performed by a machine that propels small, round, steel pellets, known as shot, at a high velocity onto the surface. This action loosens and removes floor coatings that are then transferred to a dust collector. The surface is left clean, dry, profiled and ready for applying coatings or toppings.
* Terminator removal of VCT & Carpet
Removal of carpet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), vinyl, ceramics, hardwoods, epoxies, decorative coatings and other products.
* Self Level Toppings
For use indoors over concrete subfloors. We have installed from 1/4" to 2" in one operation. Compressive strengths from 5000 to 6,100 psi. Our clients find this to be an excellent choice as a decorative indoor flooring surface. This surface also offers the ability to incorporate integral colors and unique surface treatments to create dramatic designs and patterns for use in warehouse, retail, restaurants, museums, health clubs and more.
* Self Level Underlayments
Self-leveling is a cementation product designed to be installed from a feather edge to any thickness. It is designed to be used over concrete, terrazzo, ceramic & quarry tile, wooden floors, steel decking, epoxy coatings, cutback adhesive residue. With compressive strengths up to 4100 psi, Self Leveling is the perfect solution for problem floors.
* Self Level Underlayment for Gypsum Floors
Used to smooth and repair a gypsum substrate that is otherwise unsuitable to receive new finish flooring. We also recommend to use over structurally sound plywood, OSB, and strip wood flooring. Depending on the project requirements we can install this product from a ¼" up to virtually any thickness to achieve the desired flatness tolerance. Our products are fast-drying, and can be walked on about (3) three hours and can receive floor covering in 2-3 days. Our Gypsum products support a compressive strength of up to 4,000 psi.
* Seamless Epoxy Quartz Floor
Seamless flooring is composed of a resinous matrix containing decorative flakes, mineral oxides, color quartz or other inert fillers and over coated with a clear, tough resinous wearing surface.
Seamless flooring is unlike conventional floor covering. It is applied through a series of processes that allows the floor covering to “bond” with the sub-flooring material. Other conventional floor coverings are simply laid on top of the existing floor.
Excellent for use commercially, institutionally or in the home. Durable, long lasting, resilient and easy to maintain.
* Concrete Grinding
Concrete grinding is a natural choice for removal of thin coatings, paint and adhesive residual. Upon the completion of this process the floor will be left very smooth and ready for the next application.
* Concrete Polishing
A Concrete Polished floor is a finished floor that is durable aesthetical appealing, contributes to a better working environment and has one of the lowest lifecycle costs of any floor.
Concrete polishing is typically 7-10 step process that involves using industrial polishing machinery that utilizes diamond-impregnated disks. While each job may vary (since the concrete is different), the basic process consists of concrete grinding, applying a densifyer to strengthen the concrete and then polish to the desired degree of shine. Stainguards can be added if required. Benefits to this type of floor include:
Lighting - Since the floor is left bright it provides improved lighting.
Slip resistant - Meets and often exceeds OSHA standards.
Maintenance - with polished concrete, there is no need to wax or strip the floor.
This will result in significant savings to your company. The floor will only require a broom sweep, wet mop or use an auto scrubber with our recommended cleaner product.
Dust - In ordinary unpolished concrete, tiny particles of dust are pushed to the surface. A concrete polished floor will eliminate concrete flooring dust and result in a more healthy and cleaner work environment.
Lastly, a concrete polished floor has one of the longest life-cycles of any floor and retains its appearance even after years of wear and tear in heavy industries.
* Concrete Coloring
Concrete coloring will provide brilliant color that will enhance your finished concrete floor. We offer custom designs with many different colors to choose.
